Its a beautiful apartment, I love it. The wifi is super fast. The gym, study and game area is open 24/7.
This apartment complex has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had. maintenance is amazing though! When we moved in, we needed housing immediately because our situation had changed. At first, it didn’t seem too bad, but we quickly started noticing issues. The walls and carpets were dirty when we moved in, the carpets smelled, and my bathroom sink has been clogged since day one. The biggest issue has been the utilities. Our utility bill went from the expected $80–$125 a month to over $550 with no explanation.
The staff is incredible, they do everything to have your experience be perfect for you!!
