Pavilion on Berry

Very disappointed with the management and communication at The Pavilion on Berry. Management is very difficult to reach and often does not respond to emails or concerns in a timely manner. I was recently charged $147 for a dishwasher replacement, even though I did not use or damage the dishwasher. I was actually the resident who reported the issue to maintenance after discovering it. Despite explaining the situation, the charge was simply divided among the roommates.

Reception by administration is great

I’ve had a really good experience living at The Pavilion on Berry. It’s a great option for students, especially because the rent is affordable and the location is very convenient. The light rail and bus stops are close by, which makes getting around St. Paul and Minneapolis easy without always needing a car. The property is clean and well maintained, and there are useful amenities like the gym. I’ve also had a positive experience with the leasing office team—they are friendly and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance.
